February Newsletter …………… Love is in the air!!!!
February! It’s a time for romance and friendship and a show of love to those you know. At DFP we too are getting ready to have a fantastic month. To help you decide what to get for your partner… what about Salsa Dance classes? We are starting our new Salsa line-up of classes with Luis Gutierrez and Kelly Foston. Starting February 17th.
Luis and I have each been teaching dance for over 20 years. So that’s a total of 40 years of dance experience in each class. WOW!!! You will have a fun and easy time learning how to social dance while meeting new people and finding out about locations to go dancing in the lower mainland. We have Beginners, Intermediate and a very special Styling, Tricks and Dips class. All levels are welcome and no partner is required. We will also be having a Salsa and Bachata demonstration at Chai Gallery February 12 for their Mystic Romance Evening. This event is a fast seller for a Romantic evening. Tickets are $35 advance/$40 door…Eastern Banquet, Organic Salad Bar, Full Dessert Bar, performances all night…including us! Call 604-734-5881 for tickets
Coming up in early March is our next line up of Salsa Classes and an exciting Performance from “Nessa V” at the Gossip Nightclub. DFP will be there hosting and co-coordinating the event with Gossip Nightclub and DJ Rizk. March 7th she will be celebrating the completion of her video…and we get to join her VIP style. There will be a live performance by Ache Brazil (Capoiera Dancers) and Brazilian Dancers, in costume, dancing a SPICY Samba. Not to mention the always stylish and fantastic Dance Divas! Get your tickets NOW…..only $15, only a small amount of tickets will be sold as a VIP for this event, and all this if followed by an after party!
March is also bringing another event by Mad About Mambo….super exciting guest from out of town (I am VERY excited about this guest Salsa Instructor) and another fantastic instructor Roger Chen and myself will be starting a different series of Salsa Classes on Wednesdays starting March 4th.
